If you use 1/8 of your battery per 2/5 hour of video chat, then you use (1/8)/(2/5) = 5/16 of your battery per hour of video chat.  If you used 3/4 of your battery, then you video chatted for (3/4)/(5/16) = 48/20 = 2.4 hours.
