I love math, and I love to teach it.
Look for factors of 50, such as 25*2. It is easy to use 25 since 5*5=25. You can take the square root of 25.
Also, determine the factors for X12 , X6 * X6 = X (6+6). Now you know how to write these numbers.
You will be rewriting the radical in order to simplify. Note example: √(100A2B) =√100 *√A2 * √B = 10A√B
√(50X12)= √(25*2*X6*X6)=√(25) * √(2) * √(X6) * √(X6)= Now just finish the problem.
Answer should be 5X6√2
