You are correct on the y intercept.
On the x intercept, you are almost correct. On the next to the last step, where you are dividing both sides by 3, you should be dividing by "-3" instead. So the x intercept steps would look like this:
y=-3x+7
0=-3x+7
0-7=-3x+7-7
-7/-3=-3x/-3
7/3=×
0=-3x+7
0-7=-3x+7-7
-7/-3=-3x/-3
7/3=×
So the x intercept is (7/3, 0) .
