This is easier to see in a picture, but P of a rectangle = 2L + 2W, right? (sum of all the sides).
Well, if you take out the 2 lengths (2x145 = 290) from 440, you're left with 150 for the 2 widths.
Divide that by 2 and you have 75 for each of the widths.
