The second person has 7/8 chances of NOT picking the same drink

           3rd person has 6/8 chances of NOT picking the same drink

           4th person has 5/8 chances of NOT picking the same drink

 

multiply all these together and subtract from 1 (100 %) 

.875 * .75 * .625 = .4101

1-.4101 = .59 :: 59 %
