How to graph y=1/3 to the x-2 power

I know you cant physically graph this for me but I will appreciate it if you show me how to get the points with fractions so that I can graph it and thank you in advance

Since X is always Known you can start as follows

when x = 0

Y= 1/3 (0)

y = 0

(0,0)

 

x= 2

y = 1/3 (2)^2

y = 1/3(4)

y= 4/3

(2, 4/3)

 

x= 4

y= 1/3 (4)^2

y = 16/3

y=5 1/3

(4, 5 1/3)
