For y = 3(2)^(x+1)
Try plotting these points:
Let x = 0, y = 3(2)^1 = 6
Let x = 1, y = 3(2)^2 = 3(4) = 12
Let x = -1, y = 3(2)^0 = 3(1) = 3
If you use the same method to solve for x = 2 and x = -2, they should also fall on the line drawn with the previous points.
