Once you have a table of values (one column labeled x and one column labeled y), those pairs of values (x, y) are coordinates of points on your function.
For example, if you plug 0 in for x and get y = 0, your row will be 0 (for x) and 0 (for y), so your point will be (0, 0). If one row says x = 1 and y = 10, then (1, 10) is a point.
Plot all of the points and connect them in a way that makes sense. This is a pretty weird-looking function, but your points should give you an idea of what it looks like.
