Hi Elijah,
You can solve as already explained by 2 responders.
Alternatively simply draw a rough picture. The editor here does not allow drawing of lines. Otherwise I would have included the graphics as well.
(0, 1) is a point on y axis. Hence the intercept b = 1 by inspection.
(3,2) is the other point. slope m = height / length = (2 - 1) / (3 - 0) = 1 / 3
The answer will be obvious if you simply plot the 2 points on the x-y coordinates on your own.

Hey Elijah! You may like a "stair-step" view: x=0, y=1st floor ... x=3, y=2nd floor. Climbing a floor takes 3 x-steps ... slope is "tilt" or "rise over run" = (1 floor rise) / (3 x-step run) or 1/3 ...
y-intercept is an offset: it's what floor you're on when x=0 ==> 1st floor ...
y= "tilt"x + offset= "1/3"x + 1 ... What if the "tilt" is 1? x=0,y=1 ... x=1, y=2 ... x=2, y=3 ... 3,4 ... 4,5 ... 5,6 ... 6,7 ... What if the "offset" is 3? x=0, y=3 ... x=1,y=4 ... x=2,y=5 ... 3,6 ... 4,7 ... 5,8 ... 6,9 ... Best regards, sir :)

The one important thing to remember is the formula for slope intercept form is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. The other formula is y-y1=m(x-x1)
Recall m= y2-y1/x2-x1 so m= 1-2/0-3 = 1/3 is slope of the line where as x1=3, x2=0, y1=2, and y2=1
y-2=1/3(x-3) y=1/3x+1 is the slope-intercept form where m =1/3 and b= 1
I hope this helps.

Elijah, you have to write a question correctly! Read the problem first, try to memorize it. Copy the problem exactly as it appears in the original source, no matter how long it is! It will be the first small step to understand the mathematics.
If I say, "I am a job", does it make sense? The same situation with your question, it makes no sense whatsoever!
