Since (t + 7) occurs in both a numerator and a denominator, we can eliminate one of them from the first numerator and the one from the second denominator
Since (t +2) occurs in both a numerator and a denominator, we can eliminate one of them from the second numerator and the one from the first denominator
After canceling terms, we have:
(t + 7)(t + 2)
t2 + 9t + 14
