Since y is increasing as x increase

 

So we assume the general relation between x and y is y=ax^2 + bx + c

 

now we plug the number in the equation:

 

when x=0, y= 8   =>  8=0+0+c   

 

when x=1, y=15  =>  15=a+b+c

 

when x=2, y=24  =>  24=(2^2)a+2b+c

 

then you solve the a, b and c, you can get a=1, b=6, c=8

 

now use the rest of the numbers to verify the equation by simply plugging the values of x and y in the equation.

 

Then, when x=100,  y = 100^2 + 6*100 +8 = 100608
