If the equation is
y=(-3/2)x+4 then,
There are more than one answers,
multiply both the sides by 2
2y=-3x +8... ans

Remember with equations, if the left side of the equation equals the right side, as long as you do the same operation to both sides of the equation the "equality" of the equation is still true.
Here you could subtract 4 from both sides to get an equivalent equation, you could also multiply both sides by 2 - that way you would eliminate the fraction. Just remember that when you multiple or divide both sides by a number that you multiply or divide every term on both sides by the same number.

n(y) = n(3/2x) + n(4)
