asked 07/30/25Accessing recordings after 30 days have passed
How do I access a recording from a tutor if it has been more than 30 days?

Hi Bayan, great question
My suggestion: download the recording immediately after your session ends so you can keep it for future reference. Here’s how:
- Log into your Wyzant account and go to your “Messages” with the tutor.
- Click on the relevant session thread where the recording was shared.
- You’ll see a playback window of the recorded session. Below that, click “Download Recording” (if within 30 days of the session).
- Save it directly to your device or cloud storage for safekeeping.
If it’s been more than 30 days, you can try reaching out to your tutor directly to see if they happened to save a copy on their end — though this isn’t guaranteed.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any MCAT-related questions too — I’m always happy to assist.
