Agree with the other answer about taking a diagnostic to start but I think the frequency you should take practice tears after that totally depends on when your test date is scheduled for. MCAT study plans are highly individualized based on what you need to do to improve your score and your timeline. If you provide more info on your test date/how much time you have to study and what areas you’re struggling with (specific content, timing, approaching questions, etc) I can give you a better answer for you!

I would recommend you contacting the Pearson testing center for information about the MCAT examine. The company should provide you with an outline of the examine and study guide. You may have to purchase other resources or practice examines. The examine is 6 hours and cover the following sections: Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills and probably more. Preparing for the MCAT Use AAMC free resources, including: Sample Question Guide Study tips from high-scoring students Webinars and Pearson as a resource. First step is to read the material thoroughly and set up a study schedule and target date. The public library in a study room is a great place to prepare for an examine atleast 3 days a week.03/21/25
