How do you manage questions from a patient’s family and friends?

This is one of the common nursing question I have encountered in my tutoring service and I have adequately formulated ways that a nursing student can appropriately respond to it...

"I always remember to show empathy: I know that I would have questions too if it were my loved one! I make an effort to respond to them politely and patiently. I attempt to make it apparent in my response that I am unable to address every one of their inquiries. I've established boundaries in this way.
