Assuming that you want the value of f'(-1) for f(x) = a(2x2 + 1)(3x3 - 7):
f(x) = a(6x5 + 3x3 - 14x2 - 7)
f'(x) = a(30x4 + 9x2 - 28x)
f'(-1) = 67a
