Communicating with Potential Teachers

HELLO! I would like to be able to communicate with potential teachers BEFORE I put payment information in. Besides that, I'm waiting for my firm to give me credit card information. Is there any way to free things up so I can respond to potential teachers who have kindly responded to my queries? Thank you.

Wyzant requires payment info on file before messaging tutors, but the good news is you won't be charged until you actually book and complete a session — so you can add your personal card temporarily, communicate freely with the tutors who reached out, and swap in your firm's card once you have it. If that's not an option, reach out to Wyzant support at support.wyzant.com and explain your situation, as they may be able to help. Hope that gets you moving forward!
