FL Studio...whats next?

I've set up an account with you, had a FL Studio Tutor respond to my interest in a mentor, and when I hit the "Reply" but in his email it just take met o my logon i azyant....Nicholas F. is the teachers I want to start with.

Please let me know what to do....
