Can't contact tutors

Question

I have already added a payment method and verified my account. I was ble to message 2 tutors but I can't message anyone else. I am able to type and send message and I get the message that says "message sent" but when I check "all messages" the messages don't appear. Only the first two. Please help me to resolve. I need tutor soon.
