Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
P(E v D) = P(E) + P(D) - P(E^D) = 20/52 + 13/52 - 5/52
if you consider "even" as just 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10, then there are 20 even cards
5 of them are diamonds
P(EvD) = (20+13-5)/52 = 28/52 = 7/13
= .538461538461538461...
= about 54% chance
but you might consider the queen with value of 12 as an even card
A usually = 1, but it could be 14, it ranks 2 above a queen
2 Jokers can be even and/or diamonds
