Identify concave up, down and points of inflexion by looking at a graph

Provide the open intervals on which f is concave upwards, concave downwards, and provide the coordinates of each point of inflection.

I tried a few things. I understand that i should try to get the graph of f'(x) which I can do by looking at where the slope here is 0, then piecing together a rough image. But I failed to get the right answer.

Here is what I see. (0,2)->CU, (2,4)->CD, (4,5)->CD, (5,8)->CU. So, points of inflection at (2,4), (5,4). For CU (concave up) picture tangent lines to the curve and notice they are increasing in slope as you move from left to right (tangent lines are below the curve). Similarly for CD (tangent lines are above the curve).

Is the given graph of f(x) or f'(x)?
