P(action or comedy) = favorable outcomes / all outcomes = (7 + 0) / 10 = 7/10 = 0.7

assuming of course that the entire contents of the drawer containing movies (video/dvd/etc) were categorized. There might have been an additional 990 movies of other categories, which would change the odds to .7 percent.
