Slope intercept form looks like: y = mx + b.
So you want to get y by itself on one side, and x on the other side.
x + 2y/3 = 1
Subtract x from both sides:
2y/3 = -x + 1
Divide both sides by 2/3
y = -x / (2/3) + 1 / (2/3)
y = -3/2 x + 3/2
And that's as far as you have to go.
