Hi Sandra, you should be able to reach your tutor by going to their tutor profile (Click on their name anywhere it appears to be hyperlinked) then, click on "Contact [Tutor name]" and fill out a form on the next page to send a message.


On desktop it's an orange "Contact" button on the tutor's profile; on the mobile app it's a "Request a Lesson" button.
