calculus question

Let h(x) = 4g(x) 7 + f (x) . Suppose that f (2) = −4, f '(2) = 1, g(2) = −3, and g'(2) = 4. Find h'(2).

Do you mean to say 4g(x) 7? Why not write it 28g(x) if that's what you mean?
