Given the piecewise function
f(x)={ 3x-45, 0 ≤ x ≤ 50}, {3x-65, 50 < x ≤ 100}, {3x-85, 100 < x ≤ 150}
Find f(10) and f(50) Both of these values, 10 and 15, satisfy the first condition I have highlighted. So we would use the first equation for both
f(10) = 3(10)-45 = -15
f(0) = 3(550)-45 = 105
