Please refer to this answer as a general resource, but with a different matrix A.
The process is simple,
1) Obtain eigenvalues.
2) Obtain eigenvectors.
3) Place eigenvalues into the Diagonals of matrix D
4) Stack eigenvectors into a matrix S.
5) Double check that A=SDS-1 to avoid errors in computation.
