False fee charging

I haven't classes today until now. How can you charge the fee $59.95 for my visa card ending in 9236.Don't do any false deduction from my card.

Did you accidentally miss a class and were charged a cancellation fee? Otherwise you need to contact Wyzant customer service to remove the charge.
