problem specifies x=3cos(t), y=4sin(t)
it is a parametric curve. For any value of t, have x,y coordinate point
for 0≤t<2π it is an ellipse.
For problem range it is one quarter of an ellipse.
know cos(t)=x/3 and sin(t)=y/4 is specified
cos2(t)+sin2(t)=1
(x2/9)+(y2/16)=1
is equation of ellipse.

(3cost, 4sint)
with t in the 1st quadrant
maybe about 53.13 degrees = about .295 pi = .927 radians
the angle whose tangent = 4/3
cos53.13 = 3/5
sin 53.13 = 4/5
(3cos53.13, 4sin53.13) =
(3(3/5), 4(4/5)) = (9/5,16/5)= (1.8, 3.2)
although it's really unclear what the problem is asking
