Given two fair 6 sided die rolled at the same time. What is the probability of getting a double?

For probability you need a numerator and denominator.

The denominator is the total number of outcomes. You could list out all the possible ways of rolling one die and then another. Can you think of the total without listing them all?

The numerator is how many ways you can make doubles. That one is quite easy to list and count. Give it a try and let us know!
