Shadowing material for Japanese learner

Where could I find good material to start shadowing in Japanese. I’m just intermediate level.

The podcasts I listen to are too fast.

I also did shadowing practice when I was studying English. It is a great way to practice the language.

Hi Marie san, you are already intermediate class, so you should have simple everyday Japanese conversations. おはよう、きのう　友達ととしょかんに行きました。私は朝ごはん朝ごはんをたべます。
