The perimeter of a rectangle is 14 times the width, the length is 10 more than the width. Find the length and width of the rectangle.

P=14W = 2(L+W) = 2L +2W

L+W = 7W

L = 6W

L=10+W

10+W = 6W

5W = 10

W =10/5 = 2

W = 2 Wide

L= 12 Long

P=14W = 14(2) = 28

P=2(L+W) = 2(12+2) = 2(14) = 28
