A line written in the form y = mx + b has a slope that is "m" and a y-intercept that is "b". For your problem, the only thing to do is switch the order of the elements on the right side of the equation so that it says
y = 1.5x + 11
Now you can read the slope as "1.5" and the y-intercept as "11".
