The acceleration is the derivative of the velocity as a function of time.
a = dv/dt
Using the equation v = t2 - 6t + 9, we have:
a = 2t - 6
If v = 0 you can find the value for t; 0 = t2 - 6t + 9. Isolating t, you find that t = 3.
If you substitute t = 3 in acceleration equation you will find that a = 0.
