I need help on a math Problem for Algebra 2 covering "Graphing Quadratic Functions"

So I have a math problem that I need help with to get through my math homework, but I don't understand how to get started and what I'm supposed to do on it overall. The problem I wanted to get help on so I can continue through the rest of my homework is: f(x) = =2x^2 - 16x - 33

Make a table of values...maybe use -2, -1, 0, 1 ,2.....substitute those values into the equation to find the f(x)....in other words....2(-2)² -16(-2) -33 = 2(4) +32 -33 = 8 +32 -33 = 7, so the ordered pair would be (-2, 7). You do this with all of the values. You will get 5 ordered pairs....then graph them....THERE YOU HAVE IT. I hopes this helps.
