y'= 3x2- 4x

at x = a, slope is 3a2 - 4a

at x = a + 1, slope is 3(a + 1)2 - 4(a + 1)

Thank you! When I set them equal to each other, I get 11/2, but it is marked incorrect. I've done five versions where I've set them equal to each other, but my answers remain incorrect.
