Click on the windows logo (Start Menu) button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
In the 'Search' box type :
cmd
Press the 'Enter' key.
When the black window opens the Command Prompt then type :
ipconfig /flushdns
Press 'Enter' key.
(screen will say 'Sucessfully flushed the DNS resolver cache)
Type :
ipconfig /release
Press 'Enter' key.
(Wait until cursor is blinking again then move to next step).
Type :
ipconfig /renew
Press 'Enter' key.
(Close the black DOS Command Prompt window)
Try to connect to the Wi-Fi network again and open your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc)
Press F5 key.
Check ☑ the box on the network terms and conditions page.
Click 'Connect' etc.
