I thought some more about this question.
If the bins are indistinguishable and no bin is to be left empty, there are 9 ways and you should list them starting with 6611.
If bins can be left empty, you need to add ONLY the ways in which one bin is left empty and there are 4 of those.
If the bins are distinguishabe, the answers above should be multiplied by 4!=24.
I do not know how to use PIE to do this problem.
