Math Tutoring (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus)
This problem has 3 or 4 areas that could make it challenging. The first thing you have to be able to do is write an equation with the information they gave you. Then, you have to be able to solve the equation (one way is by factoring the quadratic and using the Zero Product Property); finally, you have to use your answer to the equation in order to answer their question.
