asymptotes y=4, x=1
x intercept is (1/4,0) y intercept (0,1)
y= 4x/(x-1) has the required asymptotes
to get the y intercept just add 1 but change 4 to 3 to keep y=4 as the asymptote
y = f(x) = 3x/(x-1) + 1 is the function you want
x intercept is when y=0
0 =3x/(x-1) +1
-1 = 3x/(x-1)
1-x = 3x
4x=1
x =1/4
