a) Use linearity of derivatives to see that G' = F' + H' where you can evaluate the RHS at z = 4
b) Use the quotient rule:
G' = (HF'-FH')/H2 where you are given all the values that are needed in order to evaluate the right-hand-side.

It just means that the derivative of a sum is the sum of the derivatives. And that the derivative of a constant times a function is the constant times the derivative.

I have never done the linearity of derivatives so I do not know what that is09/08/22
