f'(x) = 12x3 - 6x, Power Rule, learn it.
f'(2) = 12(2)3 - 6(2), Calculate, this is slope at x = 2.
f(2) = 3(2)4 - 3(2)2 + 5, Calculate, this is f at x = 2.
You now have the slope, f'(2), and a point, (2, f(2))
Use point-slope form from Algebra 1 to detemine equation.
