f(x) = 4 - sqr(x) +9
if that means f(x) =4+9-sqr(x) = 13 -sqr(x) then
domain is the interval [0, infnity)
x is always non-negative
and range is in the interval (-infinity, 13], y is always 13 or less
but you probably meant f(x) = 4 -sqr(x+9)
then domain is the interval [-9, infinity)
x is always equal to or greater than -9
range is (-infinity, 4]
y is always less than or equal to 4
