When you were talking about "320 not buying Real Estate", you mistakenly jumped to using 385 in your calculation. From there, all the numbers are calculated incorrectly. At the 4:30 mark, the value in Shares should be 180, not 245. The remaining values should be replaced also. 125 should be 190. And 215 should be 150.06/29/22
