How many people should gather in a room, so that atleast one person has birthday everyday also in leap year

yes, but what if two or more of them share the same birthday

Then you would need more people. There might be a universe with infinite people all having the same birthday. In other words there is no upper limit. We can only talk about the loser limit, which is the highly unlikely case that 366 all have different birthdays.
