If you are asking for the minimum number, then you would have to have at least as many people as there are days in a leap year. Am I understanding the question correctly?

Then you would need more people. There might be a universe with infinite people all having the same birthday. In other words there is no upper limit. We can only talk about the loser limit, which is the highly unlikely case that 366 all have different birthdays.05/28/22
