it's a vertical line, x=5
there is no y intercept.
slope is undefined
there is no slope intercept form of the equation
y=mx+b is the general form of a line in slope intercept form with m= slope and b=the y intercept
but x=5 never intersects the y axis, so there is no y intercept.
b doesn't exist, and m is undefined and indeterminate. m could be infinity, but it could be + or - infinity
solve y=mx+b for x and you get
x = (y-b)/m= y/m -b/m, where y/m is the inverse of the slope=0 and -b/m = x intercept = 5
that reduces to x= 0 +5 = 5
