Please help me solve this calculus questions.

Determine the equation of the tangent to the curve defined by y = 2e3x that is parallel to the line defined by - 6x + y = 9

Hi, Thank you for your help! I just have two questions, 1. under "Solution" you written f'(x) = 6e3x does it mean f'(x) = 6e^3x? 2. in the last part where you wrote f(0) = 2 exp (3(0)) what does this mean? what is exp? Thank you for you time!
