A deck is 52 cards.
There are 4 jacks in a deck so the probability of drawing a Jack is 4/52 = 1/13 as there are also 13 different ranks A,2,3,4,...,10,J,Q,K.
There are four 6's (1/13 of drawing a specific rank) and 1 of them is of the suit clubs, so (1/13)*(1/4)=1/52 probability.
The odds of getting a 3 are 4/52 and the odds of getting a diamond are 1/4=13/52, but one of the 3's is a diamond so we do not want to double count the 3 of diamonds so 4/52 + 13/52 - 1/52 = 16/52.
There are 4/52 threes and 4/52 sixes so 4/52 + 4/52 = 8/52
