We replace x by 3x everywhere.
So, n = 1, P1(x) = 3x;
n = 3, P3(x) = 3x - 9x3/2 + 81/40x5;
n = 5, P5(x) = 3x - 9x3/2 + 81/40x5 - 243/560x7 + 243/4480x9
