L = 990 -6W
Area = A = LW = (990-6W)W = 990W -6W^2
A' = 990-12W = 0
W = 990/12 = 82.5 feet wide
L = 990 -6W = 990-6(82.5) = 495 feet long
max A = 495(82.5) = 40,837.5 square feet = maximum area
